These terms apply when you use acctionboard.com ("ACCTION"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. ACCTION is operated by OMNIA Brands LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as ACCTION.
ACCTION is a free information tool for people buying or selling a small business. You enter numbers, and ACCTION shows what those numbers can support on a standard loan and how the price compares with closed sales of similar businesses.
ACCTION is not a business broker, real estate agent, lender, appraiser, accountant, lawyer or financial advisor. ACCTION does not list businesses for sale, represent buyers or sellers, negotiate, make offers, handle money or take any fee tied to a sale.
Everything ACCTION shows is general information based on the numbers you enter. It is not an appraisal, a valuation, a lending decision, or legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. Results are pre-tax estimates. ACCTION's thresholds and market data may be updated over time. Check every number with documents, and talk to qualified professionals before you buy, sell or sign anything.
You are responsible for the numbers you enter and anything you paste or upload. Only paste listings or documents you are allowed to use. ACCTION reads a pasted listing only to find the type of business and what the listing states about the deal, such as asking price, sales, cash flow, real estate, lease term, amounts not included in the price, whether the business is absentee run and whether family works in it. You confirm each one before it is used.
Market figures come from third-party sources named on the page, such as the BizBuySell Insight Report. ACCTION groups and presents those figures but does not control or guarantee them. Each source belongs to its owner.
The same numbers give the same results to a buyer and a seller. No one can pay to change a result.

ACCTION may limit or block use that harms the service or other users.
OMNIA Brands LLC owns the site, its software, its design and the ACCTION name and marks. You may share links to your results. You may not copy or resell the service.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." ACCTION does not promise it will be accurate, complete, always available or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, OMNIA Brands LLC is not liable for any loss from using or relying on the site, including any decision to buy, sell, price or finance a business. The site is free, and ACCTION's total liability for any claim about it is limited to $100.
ACCTION may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute about them or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington.
